Dati wala pa iyan mga ganyan mga arrange tour noong taong 1990, 1991, 1992 halos araw araw nasa Basey ako maalala ko lang maputik sa tag ulan ang kalsada na madulas iyon about 100 meters mapulang lupa at mga lumang bahay. Basey is one the town na assignment ko to deliver ng aming cash forwader. Pero naririnig ko meron ng pumupunta sa cave na iyan. But, its nice na meron magarang beach resort na ngayon. Maka bisita nga rin. 🤣

Lake Danao has the perfect temperature esp during summertime. The area experiences cool nights which is amazing. The 2,130 ft elevation/above sea level is just perfect place for long term stay. For reference, the city in Reno, Nevada has 4,505 ft elevation and it snows. Other cities with same elevation as Lake Danao is Flagstaff, Arizona; Santa Fe, New Mexico; Puebla de Zaragoza, Mexico just to name a few. Can't wait for the Burauen-Albuera Rd to be open for travels so the distance to Ormoc City would be a lot closer instead of the 2 hrs and 15 minutes through Tacloban.

I'm from Ormoc but I have never been there unfortunately hanggang plaza lng aq😅
